i’ve been wondering. does sugar free gum affect your diet? because i heard that chewing gum gives you sugar spikes and all that and leads to making you fat. but how about sugar free gums?

When I was younger I was a powerlifter but that would tear my joints apart now, among other things….I am 49; I walk a mile a day and exercise moderately three times a week with the weight machines. It’s all about trying to be healthy now. It used to be about being powerful and all.
