Like, is there any fitness equipment that can be uniquely identified as something Koreans especially use?

Is there any way I can cancel my Fitness USA membership. I was totally pressured into the membership. I called to cancel but it was on a day that the girls were not in (they have certain days for girls and guys) the guys told me that it should not be a problem and that he did not even see me in the records.
Later in the week I got a call asking me how I liked the program. I told her that I called to cancel. She said it was past the amount of time allowed to cancel (three days, which I was never told). I’m young still; I don’t want to mess up my credit for some stupid membership that I never intended on signing up for. The only reason I went there is for a free month membership that I won at the mall. That’s the last time I sign up for anything. What can I do to cancel this fast. I don’t want to pay them when I never even went there to work out. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My dog has had to have her anal glands emptied for the past couple of years. Is there anything I can add to her diet or is there food she needs to avoid to make her stools more solid and hopefully get rid of the problem.

Apart from the original “sit up” & ” leg raises” does anyone know of a abdominal exercise that really works?

I am going to be in San Antonio for a couple of weeks and I know that my schedule is going to be absolutely crazy, so I need to know of some fitness centers/gyms that will be open whenever I am able to go. I really appreciate any help. Thanks.
