If I Want To Lose Fat, Should I Take A Day Off Between Weight Lifting And Running Days?
Should I work out only Monday Wednesday and Friday. and then Interval running on Tuesday, thursday, saturday for the best fat loss results possible? I have the food intake in control. What are your suggestions?
