I am 16 and have been working out alot lately to gain muscle and loose fat. I usually drink a whey protein drink right before lifting but I have heard that taking protein makes you gain more weight (fat) so people that are trying to loose weight should use creatine. I have also heard Creatine is bad for your heart.
First I was wondering if these things about supplements were true.
Second I was wondering wich is best to take for fat loss.

    protein makes u gain muscle not fat how does that even make sense? Bro, either u want to BULK up or cut down. If ur lookin to bulk up, eat, eat and eat. Protein shakes, Whole wheat bread, tuna, milk, chicken, pasta, potatoes, veggies, everything and a lot, but healthy!
    creatine – water weight. Yoiu will get stronger and more bloated. niot sure about the heart thing but i would jus stay away from it. Why would u want water weight ya know?
    glutamine – most people say it doesnt work, but when i take 3-5 grams before and after my workout, i definetly feel more recovered the next day.
    Always eat after u work out! You need to eat carbs and protein, and stay away from sugar (unless its in a protein shake or something—mainly jus candy and soda and all). Your body is exhausted and needs energy to replenish what itj us used during your workout. Carbs replenish your glycogen which is what ur body uses for its primary energy, and the preotein helps build the muscle that was broken down.
    All in all, eat a lot but healthy, maybe throw in some glutamine, and just work out with high intensity! When ur old enough (20, 21) talk to me about steroids and ull get MASSIVE. I know everything there is to know about this stuff, so just contact me bro. Hope this helps and good luck
