Strength Training Really Help With Weight Loss?

I do a lot of cardio, out my weight loss stop a while ago. Do you think adding weights or strength training of some sorts will boost weight loss? I switch up my cardio alot, so I don’t think my body is just used to my cardio routine.

if the strength training helps create or build muscles, it will help you loose weight – because more muscle burns more calories.

Yes, strength training will help you to lose weight. Muscle burns 8 times more calories than fat.
Weight training can also be a very good cardio workout. If you use low weights with high reps (15 – 20 per set) and move fast with little rest in between sets you will see this.
