Has anyone ever heard of a website where you can chat with others about dieting and exersize or have sort-of an online fitness partner for motivation and encouragement and to communicate with about weightloss efforts and progress?

I just found Jillanmichaels.com. I have not signed up yet, but it is reasonably priced and sounds motivating. Check it out. The plan is customized based on your body proportions, and what you are willing to do as far as exercise goes. I’ll let ya know.

I think the Slim Fast website is free. I know Richard Simmons is kinda corny, but he also has a web site – - – but it’s not free to join the message boards and chat room. It is inexpensive though. Something like 20-30 dollars for 3 or 4 months. A lot cheaper than Weight Watchers!
