I have an assessment centre tomorrow can someone help me…. What does the role play exercise involve?
I would like to hear from people who have done the exercise themselves at an assessment centre.
Please help me.

It depends on what the assessment is for. I’ve had them for jobs before and they got us to role play around what the job was.
Depends what the job is – for example – if it is for a sales job you will have to do a “pretend” telephone sales role with a member of staff at the company which you have applied to.. Don’t worry about it – just be yourself. Good luck!
