What Do You Do To Make Yourself Stick To A Fitness Schedule?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I keep telling myself that I’m going to go swimming on that day and that I’ll hit the gym, but when it comes to it I have a great knack of procrastinating on it, what do you personally do to motivate yourself to work out?

Usually i do about 30 mins of cardio per gym visit as well as wieght training. which i actually enjoy.
But i kind of dread doing the cardio, i have to talk myself into it. I say to myself, ” What is 30 mins out of my day?” Its nothing it will go by soo fast, and then be over with, and i’ll be that much closer to my goal or just good health!
It is all a mental stuggle, Once you get past that, your body is more that happy to take over/..
ALso, i NEED supplemental energy. Without that my brain is asleep and i cant figt that mental battle. So im guilty of energy drinks and vitamins to get me going. Cant let all that energy go to waste….

Learn how to control your mind over that matter and you’ll surely be persuaded to do workout exercises everyday. Take mine for example. I use to lie in bed every morning and keep on thinking that I would jog early tomorrow morning. But then, I would wake up the next day feeling lazy. Here’s how I solved the problem. I motivated myself to walk up early by setting the alarm clock everyday. Once you have started to do the exercise routines, your body is going to look forward to it. It’s like a healthy addiction wherein, your day wouldn’t be complete without it.

Choose an activity that you really enjoy. If you don’t like swimming consider tennis or something.
