I’ve been doing Body for Life, which I love. You can find the info on their website. But it’s basically a rotation of cardio and lifting. I.E. Monday-lift upper body, Tuesday-cardio, Wednesday-lift lower body, Thursday-cardio, etc..and Sunday is your free day.
