What Is Better For Fat Loss A Sauna Or A Steam Room?

You can’t actually lose fat in a sauna or steam room. They only take out the water in your body and clear our the toxins. The only way to lose fat is to do cardio. (Or it’s the best way as it sheds fat off evenly from your body)
But if you had to chose, it really depends on what’s your liking. I, personally, enjoy the sauna more.

neither. for fat loss, eating healthy and exercise. what people don’t realize about fat cells is that once they fill up and expand, you can get rid of the fat, but the cell is still there and able to hold that capacity of fat again. like blowing up a balloon. once you let the air out it’s flat, but the space the air occupied has the potential to be filled up again. does that make sense? so you have to get the fat off and then keep it off. sweating in a steam room or sauna releases water and toxins from your system via your skin, but rarely does enough to burn fat, because there’s not enough energy being produced!
Sauna. It metabolizes.

sauna or steam are okay to relax yur body muscles. i dont think you are going to loose much of weigh just by steam or sauna. if you are seriosly intrested in losing weight cardio and weight training is the answer.
steam room is better 2 lose some wait because u can do some excise as well to help because you are sit around in a sauna
