But you can get one for less then 200 bucks if you search online. I got one way back on the Home shopping network. Check it out. They burn like triple the amount of calories as a treadmill and are much easier on your knees. Running or jogging on a treadmill or the ground can cause knee issues in the long run.

If you do exercise, the best burn is in playing racquetball or basketball.  If you are solo, run uphill in the gym or road.  Drink plenty of fluids.</description>
