Frist thing you need to do is eat something when you wake up to jump start your matabolism. Eat what ever you want to eat..just eat less. Now that dosent mean eat hafe a big Mac insted of the hole thing. Eat health if you have to stop and ask “is this good for me?” then chances are its prob. not. But you need to eat and dont cut out all fat if your body stops getting something then it will stop burning it and start storing it just eat less. and get plenty of exercise its easy to do one and not the other. Make sure you do both youll never get any where without the two.
eat a piece of fruit before u eat a meal. it’ll increase ur metabolism and u’ll lose weight quickly.
I can’t really give you a diet to work on because then you would have to pay a bunch of money to be on it. But I can give you some tips.
Try not to eat a lot of red meats, just eat chicken and fish. Things like that. They have high amounts of protein.
Fruits and veggies, try eating them as much as possible.
And try to run five days a week. Exercising everyday is bad, it can be unhealthy and can make your stomach think you need to gain more weight.
Weight watchers is definitely the best because it teaches you how to eat. So when you go off which you never do you still eat healthy. I didn’t really know what was a balanced diet.
But I learned a lot about food and maintance and I need to go back again. It is so easy to get away from healthy eating.
But they actually teach you something.
I have tried them all the Atkins I got to were I throw up at the sight of eggs. It is so unbalanced and unhealthy. NOw because of clogged artaries I take lipator.
