I’m 18 years old and I weigh 193 pounds, but I’m only 30 pounds over weight. I have tried everything I possibly could including eating only white meats and veggies, and fruits. Also I really don’t have the time or money to exercise, because I’m always working and not making enough money to go to a gym. Please help.
