    well my for my exercise routine i go to the gym 5-6 days a week doing mainly cardio for roughly an hour. elliptical, bike & rowing machine is what i use.
    my level of fitness? i’m not sure… i mean i haven’t measured my stroke volume and all that which actually gives you a good indication, but i’m 5’5 and 122 lbs and 16 years old. so i’m not overweight or too thin, lol.
    i stay focused because it’s the summer hols and there isn’t much else to do other than be with friends & all the usual crap, so for me it’s more of ‘something to do/focus on’.
    tips? just focus on how you’ll likely live a lot longer than unfit people, or perhaps if your goal is weight loss, how you’ll look/feel when you reach your ideal weight.

    usually i stay pretty active, do horseback riding, go to the gym whenever i remember its existence & play tennis or racquetball when i can find someone willing…..level of fitness is pretty **** right now though, bit like Liam t’be honest….i have a friendly metabolism. I’ve actually been losing weight which isn’t good :(
    summer ***** everything up for me.
    Tips? Umm just picture how much finer yer *** would look if you stuck with it…. ;)

    I awaken before noon some days, then open a can of beer. Watch the tv for a while. Order in some food and have a joint or two. Keeps me going. This would not suit all people.
