What Should My Weight Loss Goal Be?

I am 15, 5’8, and weigh 125-130 pounds (it fluctuates). What should be my weight loss goal for the end of the summer? Any tips on losing this would be appreciated. So far I have just been drinking a lot of water, and keeping of junk food.

You dont need to lose weight. Dude your 5 8 your either skinny or verage for that weight. excerise but dont be trying to lose weight

actually, you don’t need to lose weight, but you’re not underweight, so you can, if you want to.. what you’re doing now is very good, take up some sports and don’t get extreme, or it will result in gaining waight or getting sick. You don’t need to set goals as this will only cause stress and won’t work, just keep it up and seriously don’t go under 110 pounds, it would be unhealthy..
you are in a perfectly healthy weight range for your height… i would not set a weight loss goal, but just set a fit goal, like you want to have a toned tummy, or you want to have toned legs… something like that… because if you have a “weight loss goal” it won’t be as effective! hope this helps
Does not sound like you need to worry to much about your weight. Maybe you worry about your self asteam more.
you sound skinny to me cause your tall but if you would feel better umm maybe 115-120..?just be healthy excercise and you should be fine.
you are under wait for your height you don’t need to loose weight.
