    Hey Baz,
    Chocolate ice cream is a low Glycemic index (GI) food and could be ok to have a little even if you are trying to lose weight.
    Obviously you should try and limit your intake and use it as reward on one or two days a week.
    You could also google “Low GI desserts” for more ideas.
    Without going into it too much GI has to do with how the sugars cause insulin to be released and then how this stimulates fat storage (which you don’t want – hence low GI = good!) :)

    I eat chocolate and ice cream everyday and whatever i want but i have to pay the price. I workout everyday so i can do that. I don’t diet. I don’t eat alot of fried foods though or use alot of salt?

    no sugar/no carbs, low gi-Try some atkins products-low carbs, yummy, and healthy.

    Eat what you like but just turn your stove down to avoid burning the fat.
