  • Nacho Grande:

i think all guys know the answer to this question

  • take at least a 5 lb. weight in each hand and hold your arms straight out in front of you. Just simply roll your wrist towards you so the palm of your hand is facing you and then relax back down, Make sure you are squeezing your forearm while you do this. Do 5 sets of 25 reps and you will see results in no time.

  • Go Lakers #1:

    -5 pound dumbbell.
    -Wrist facing upwards.
-Lay your arm across the arm rest on your chair.
-Leave your wrist right at the edge of the arm rest.
-Slowly let the weight pull your wrist in a downward motion.
-Let the weight slide down to your fingers.
-Than pull the weight back to starting position, using only your wrist.
    -Normal sets & reps apply.

Oddly enough, i found doing cardio strengthened up my wrist/forearm area. Push ups too.

pretend you are going to do bicep curls sitting down, but lift and lower moving just your wrist and not your elbow.
