When Should I Take Thermogenics In Order To Maximize Fat Loss?

I just bought Lipo 6x and I’m looking forward to beginning my new diet and workout regime to trim some pounds. I was wondering when I should take my dosages of Lipo 6x to maximize my fat loss. I have heard that you should not take it with meals, but should take it before a workout. Is this true? I train in the early morning (weight lifting first and interval cardio after), usually consuming one scoop of whey protein and a medium sized apple 20-30 minutes prior to exercise. Should I take my dosage before I eat or right after I eat? Please let me know, as I am very confused on how to incorporate thermogenics into my diet.

Focus on your nutrition, there isn’t any need for Thermogenics at this point. Anything that i s a “propriety” blend” Go with the all natural chemical free products
No. The only way to actually lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. Most of that weight loss crap is bull. Some has caffeine to help you with your workouts but compare diet and cardio 30 minutes a day without it to with it and you’ll see no difference. Don’t waste your money. My mother has been a personal trainer and nutritionist for over 25 years. Trust me please. Don’ buy into that gimmicky stuff.

It sounds to me like you are doing the right things. Weights first, and cardio after is good. The weights workout will deplete the glycogen in your blood, making the cardio after, more effective at burning fat. Apples are a good slow release carbohydrate, and have fat burning properties. You are going down the right track do not stop once you have reached your goal. I have been working out with weights for more than forty years. Regarding the thermogenics, do they not give instructions on how to use. Personally I would not worry too much about them, my wife use to take them at any time of the day. You are doing all the right things just concentrate on increasing your protein intake. My wife,and I take Herbalife products, They have programmes for weight loss or gain, and sports nutrition.
