It helps your metabolism rise, therefore allowing you to burn more calories.
Drinking cold water burns more calories because you body must burn energy to warm the water.
Drinking water can make you feel full, allowing you to pass on unhealthy foods.
Water is good because it controls your hunger and at the same time is an excellent alternative for pills the same way as diet cookies do.
Diet cookie is the best alternative for pills. The most common reason for diet failures is hunger because it motivates people to eat whatever they want. I personally do not recommend pills because they simply do not control your hunger!! You need to control your hunger by eating hunger suppression food such as diet cookies.
