Will Running And Other Cardio Workouts Contribute To Losing Fat On My Face?

I’m an 18 year old male. 6′ and I weigh 175 lbs. I’m pretty fit, with a little fat on my stomach and butt. I know running will contribute to overall fat loss, you can’t spot reduce. But is there anything about genetics that will inhibit facial fat loss? Also will tanning make me appear thinner?

you could try the ‘fish mouth ‘ exercize thing. where you make make fish faces to tone up your cheeks.
you know, kinda like
Big mouth bass fish – big O face…
skinny ole pickerel – puckered out lip face =>..
ten times a day.
that will help you build up your cheekbone muscles so they protrude out more and give you a more angular face.
