Everyone thinks that you should avoid restaurants when you try to burn belly fat. Totally wrong! Eating out is an easy obstacle to overcome, and you can avoid gaining weight (yes, you can even lose weight!) If you often eat in restaurants all the time for business or pleasure.

Is it easy? Very! Here are my top 3 rules for dining restaurant and if you read the last paragraph of this article, you can see where a little more of my> Secrets of fat loss can be found.

1 – Watch what you order

Avoid ordering dishes of refined starch, fried food and soda, juice or other sweetened drinks. The desserts are always good because they are fruit and not loaded with refined sugar. By ordering these dishes not, you prevent your body from refined vegetable oil, starch, harmful trans fats and processed sugars slow your metabolism. Remember, fresh fruit is quite correct sincesugar is natural!

So what you should avoid ordering from the menu and just by doing this, you are doing a lot for your body. There are plenty of other ways to help your body to lose fat by eating in a restaurant.

Refined starches are bad but generally processed carbohydrates should be minimized as much as possible – which means you must order these foods less often and in small quantities. So keep the pasta and rice dishes at least, avoid Frenchfries and just pass on the bread. Instead of these processed carbohydrates, try a salad or a side of sauteed vegetables. Most restaurants have no problem substituting some of their dishes to your specifications, just make sure that it is in realistic ways.

2 – Replace with creativity

Here is an example of a perfect alternative: instead of ordering a hamburger with fries and a soda, so that even hamburger with vegetables and water. In doing so, you arecutting harmful trans fats, processed sugars and refined starches.

There are several ways that you can eat very unhealthy and transform it into a fat burning meal. A general objective is to increase the amount of protein in your meals. By making this change one, you may reduce the amount of carbohydrates you eat and make your meals healthier.

You can also replace your condiments for healthier, burning fat as seasoning in olive oil and extra virginvarious spices fat burning. Condiments containing corn syrup rich in fructose are generally hidden enemy while trying to burn fat and lose weight. By fixing your diet and eliminate them completely, you get closer to your goals each day.

3 – Get active in early morning

Another trick to make it easier for you restaurant – make sure you have a really great, really intense workout before a meal where you know it will be difficult to avoid these "bad"dishes. Make sure the workout is very intense and focuses on full body exercises (this involves working as a high intensity weight training or other types of training against resistance).

So really, this "bad" meal is almost nullified by the peak since your body needs extra carbohydrates actually right after a workout anyway. However, do not take this as a reason to cheat every day. If you never change the eating habits that put the fat on your belly size of your body will have no reason toremove it!

Also understand that you have to make sure that training is very intense, because a "regular" drive will simply not do the trick. Work your body up and then enjoy a good meal! You'll see soon enough to eat in restaurants that while you try to lose weight is still possible and enjoyable!
