Try cutting out all sodas and drink lots of water,milk and cut out all junk food and cut back on your portons.not drinking soda alone can make a big diffrent in weight loss
You need to take in -70,000 calories in the next 3 months to do that. 3,500 calories=1 pound of fat. 3,500 x 20 lbs of fat = 70,000 calories. The best diet tip I could ever give to anyone is don’t even touch the pop cans! No diet pop, no regular pop. It took me forever to stick to that, but I did and I’m glad.
