Yes, there are a variety of weight loss pills that can help with lower ab fat. The reason you are collecting fat around your lower abs is likely genetic as different people collect their fat in different areas. Some people have large thighs, others large stomachs, it largely depends on your genetics.
That being said, there are a lot of weight loss pills that advertise drastic reduction of body fat, but I would be weary of these. Many of these can be very hazardous to your health. Scientists have discovered that many of these supposed “miracle” pills can have side-effects such as cancer.
Because of this I would suggest an alternate style of weight loss pills. One that does not ruin your health, but will still lead to fantastic results. If you are interested in this, visit the website in the source section of my answer. They are a very good weight loss website and actually talk about the science behind these weight loss pills, so you can be sure you won’t be stuck with cancer at the end of your weight loss session.
Hey Sam,
lol
I’ve tried just about every diet pill under the sun, and I can tell you that the only things I’ve ever had success with were natural supplements like acai berry. I tried a lot of the products like Hydroxycut, but they only made me dizzy and nauseous, not skinny!
I’d recommend you check out things like acai berry or colon cleanse products that help to boost energy levels and speed up metabolism naturally. Add them to a strictly healthy diet and a lot of exercise, and you should start to see results pretty quickly. Remember – there are no miracle pills, so if you want to lose weight, you can’t just sit around on your butt all day eating pizza!
Anyways, let me know if you have any other questions. I’d be happy to talk to you about the plan that worked for me.

Lower abs ARE a tough area. No magic solution, except to add more cardio. Cardio is the one proven way to lower body fat.
Two months before I enter a contest, I double up on my cardio ( I HATE doing cardio and, like you, tend to collect body fat in my lower abs) and start using Atro-Phex, made by BSN. It’s a great supplement, in my opinion, and gives me a little boost to get to the bodyfat percentage I need.
Hope the Atro-Phex, and cardio, work for you too.
The first thing to learn about diet pills is how and why different types work so that you can find the best one for your own body. There are some good articles posted here that explain how and why different types of diet pills work. http://www.weightlossfatloss.us/diet_pil… Find the right one and they work great.
Here is a site that helped me. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before…
