Anyone Heard Of Weight Loss Causing Anxiety?
![]() |
Whenever I lose just a couple of pounds it brings on considerable anxiety. Keep in mind that I do need to lose the weight and I experience the anxiety BEFORE I realize I’ve had any weight loss. Anyone know what might be the reason for this? I am sure it is not psychological. Thanks.

I expect that it may be anxiety even though you do not realize it. You are anxious about your weight…do you have a problem with diabetes or bulimia or have you in the past. Something is making you fixate on your weight. One way of the other, see your doctor, you could be anemic or need to be on some vitamins, etc. They are the only ones who can really give you an answer.
Hey I want to share my weight loss story . I managed to lose about 50 lbs. in two months . I were taking exercises every day and used diet plan from this website http://fatloss.jaggl.com . You can do that too if you want.
