Are There Any Fitness Centers/gyms Where A Membership Allows You To Use Any Of Their Locations Nationwide?

I travel a lot, and I’d like to have a gym membership that I could use all over the place.
For example, could I buy a membership at the local YMCA and then use other YMCAs around the country too?
Thanks!

When I was using YMCA about 4 years ago, 1 membership let you use any of them. Sometimes there is a small fee if you sign up at a basic one and go use a full service one. GoodLife (if you have them) lets you use them anywhere, though it’s more expensive to do so. Any of the major gym chains should let you do that, though it’s usually a bit more expensive… like goodlife was 10/week for all the clubs in the city, but 12/week to use all the clubs anywhere.
Anytime Fitness. It’s also 24 hours.
24-hour fitness.
YMCA just lets you use ones within the same county I believe.
