Aren’t Pickles Ideal For Weight Loss?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

The other day, I was looking in my fridge for a healthy snack and came across dill pickles. The turned the jar around and quickly scanned through the nutritional value, and was surprised when I read that they contained 0g fat, and had only 3 calories. So aren’t pickles ideal for weight loss, seeing how they have such a low caloric value? Or will the high sodium content have a negative affect?

Pickles are great diet food, but they are high in sodium. If you eat a whole jar, you might get a bit puffy from water retention. But in moderation they’re fine.
