I know cardio is the way to do it, but i need specifics, which cardio exercises promote the most fat loss, i’m 16, 6′1, and i weigh 185 lbs, any suggestions?
ok fast fat lost just a few pounds quick. Put a sauna suit on (walmart) and just walk for no less than 45min. 5 set of 25 crunches. 5 sets of 30 jumping jacks. and then jog 10 mins.
