Beans Beans, good for your heart!
The more you eat, the more you fart!
And the more you fart the better you feel!
So, why not have Beans for every meal!
No, beans alone don’t contain all the amino acids we need, so you’d still require a few whole grains, fruits and vegetables if you wanted to be sure to get all your necessary amino acids, vitamins and minerals. But, you could replace all your meat with beans if you wanted to! Beans are a great plant source of protein as well as fiber not to mention that they are very low in fat and cholesterol free. And it’s not just baked beans you could try — any beans would work: kidney, black, pinto, red, black-eyed, fava, great northern, navy, cannelini, as well as split peas, lentils and soybeans are all possibilities.
no you need a good balanced diet, beans are good for fibre which you need in your diet , but i would not over do it on them
No. No single food is a good diet.
You can also lose a ton of weight just by cutting off your legs.
Please do not support these stupid ideas. Everybody keeps trying to avoid the basics. Eat right, and exercise.
don’t think so eat things like fruit and veg
I remember reading a piece from a top nutritionist saying that baked beans on wholegrain toast is a nutritionally complete meal. So to a point, eating this as a regular meal is quite healthy.
But to eat nothing else at all really isn’t. Your body needs variation to function properly. Plus your relationship with food will be badly affected, and should you ever choose to stop this fad diet you’ll probably put any weight straight back on.
Apart from any of this, you might lose weight, but no-one would ever see your new figure since you’d spend your entire life in the loo!
