everyday i bike for 30 minutes and i do 1 hour of hip hop abs video lol i also changed my routine for eating i try to keep it around 1500 calories as before it was 2500 calories but i still eat whut i want which im trying to fix but for now i wanna knoe if i keep my routine that i now have would i be able to lsoe weight and how fast would it happen?
also 2nd question i wanna go on a 1 week potato diet do any of you think i would lose weight?

    Hi, I understand your pain. I’ve been there myself. I didn’t know how it happen but 1 day I was 170 lbs and the next I was 250 lbs. Well…that’s not exactly true I knew how it happen. I began working harder at my job sitting behind my desk and within a couple of years…I was a blimp.
    I decided one day I was gonna shed the excess weight and tried and tried and tried and just couldn’t do it. I bought tapes, dvds, exercise equipment, took pills, ate natural foods, followed a long list of different diets and nothing seem to work. Sure I would lose 10 or 20 lbs at first then it would all just come right back.
    Let me tell you the SECRET of how I finally loss the weight and kept it off. Just follow these couple of steps and you’ll lose those extra baggage in no time.
    1. Ignore all those diets claiming to help you lose fat in no time. It’s a bunch of BS. Every year there’s always some magic secret on how you can lose weight it’ll make your head spin.
    2. Forget the BS about special foods to eat which can attribute to fat loss or gains. Just remember to dump the greasy food and junk food. It’s okay to cheat once in awhile. But if you eat healthy, you can pretty much eat whatever you want.
    3. Just remember you need to burn off more calories then what you take in. It’s simple math. If you eat 2500 calories a day but your body only burn off 1500. Guess what happens to the excess calories? They go straight to your stomach, ***, or thigh. If you do the reverse, you end up burning more calories then what you take in. Guess what happens…..TA DAAAAA = FAT LOSS.
    4. To burn off the calories you need to do cardio. You’ll need to do this 3-5 times a week depending on your weight loss goals. You can forget all those ab crunches, ab machine, ab ball, ab secrets, and what other ab crap that’s currently in the market. You need to sustain a certain heart rate for at least 40 mins. How you know when you reach that heart rate level? Whether you’re jogging, power walking, hip hopping, dancing…whatever…it’s the point where you’re huffing and puffing a little but not dying.
    5. The last part is know what you’re eating. I’m not talking about eating junk food or vegetable. This is pretty obvious. But know what chemicals are being place in your food. Manufactures are always putting things in to save cost that the expense of your health. One of the things I tried was a fat loss secret approach.     Hope these tips help. You can bike for 45 mins to an hour a day as long a you can sustain a good heart rate and don’t over eat. Also forget the potato diet. You’ll start losing weight within the first week. How much or how fast you lose is impossible to say since it’s different for everyone depending on their weight.

    i highly doubt the potato thing would work, its filled with carbs! starches make you fatter.
