I have tried it and YES it worked for me. I know many, many others who have done it and it worked for them, as well. After I reached my weight goal, I get on the scale weekly and if I’ve eaten poorly and gained more than 3 pounds, I get back online and print out another 11 day menu and follow the diet until I’m back at my goal. It works because you only lose fat, not muscle so the weightloss is healthy and you’ll not gain back your weight unless you pig-out all the time.
