    Fat Loss 4 Idiots includes a meal plan to change the way you eat which is actually pretty effective.
    But personally I think there needs to be much more implemented than just diet changes. Since many are into the “quick fix” mentality it’s hard these days to have a natural solution to immediately solve problems.
    However, I’ve found colon cleanse remedies to actually be of huge benefit in this regard. You can see major results take place and lose POUNDS of idle toxic waste that has been trapped in the colon for years!

    Since youre a girl -COUNT your calories-buy a small scale to weigh food if you have to and stick to it. Probably 1500 a day and you WILL lose weight. If you ave very big you may need more calories to start with. Dont drop too low on calories or your body will lower your metabolism, you’ll be hungry and miserable all the time. Eat 5-6 tiny meals/snacks a day (like 300 calories or less) and you will NOT feel hungry. Do not go for more than a few hours without eating or you’ll overeat when you do because of hunger. Eat food high in fiber and low in saturated fats. Vegetable fats are good for you (like nuts) just dont go crazy. Dont BUY anything other than healthy food at the grocery store. There is no fad diet, no cleanser, no pills thats all BS designed to take your money.Try to eat a healthy mix of complex carbs, fats, and protein.

    none of those products do anything. there’s a major scam or two every year i call it the “annual magic pill”
    this year its cleanse and acai… neither do a diddly thing.
    cardio and diet, thats the answer, if you think its not working, you’re not doing it right.
    fast walking on hilly terrain for 45 minutes 4-5 days a week
    running if you’re able
    and limiting carbs and fats in the evening.
    anyone who says that their body is different, 3 of my ex girlfriends were in sizes of 20something when they met me and dropped 4 sizes just chasing me through national parks, ice skating rinks, and hiking trails for a couple months.
