anyone who says that their body is different, 3 of my ex girlfriends were in sizes of 20something when they met me and dropped 4 sizes just chasing me through national parks, ice skating rinks, and hiking trails for a couple months.</description>

Eat 5-6 tiny meals/snacks a day (like 300 calories or less) and you will NOT feel hungry. Do not go for more than a few hours without eating or you&#039;ll overeat when you do because of hunger. Eat food high in fiber and low in saturated fats. Vegetable fats are good for you (like nuts) just dont go crazy. Dont BUY anything other than healthy food at the grocery store.
