well u wanna lose weight u need to lose weight first aim for more cardio puttin on the muscle first wont work as well aim for 5days of cardio for 30-45mins and 3x a week weight training make sure u do full body workouts also NOT just upperbody working out legs burn more cals(bigger muscle) so also work those out going 5x a week isnt good..and doing too much weights can counterproductive putting on muscle..why..cuz ur musles grow while the days you rest soo u need to rest more than u actually workout so workout everyother day at the most if not 3x a week is wonderful more than that DONT for best results and once u lose the weight just aim for less cardio and higher intesity weight lifting even though ull still be gaining muscle from the weight lifting ull be doing in the process of losing weight anyhow ull gain more with less cardio BUT cardio is stil important and remeber a good diet is 70% of it all if u want a good diet plan email me ill help u out..cuz im on one
You should only be lifting weights eveyother day or focus on your upper body one day and your lower body the next.It does sound like a good workout! Also the more weight and fewer reps equal More bulk Muscle,More reps and less weight equals leaner muscle.Keep it up!!;)
