The best plans of fat loss, you say you can follow to reduce saturated fat, your body needs fat, but still look healthy fats in foods like nuts, lawyers etc also eat foods that are rich protein like fish, chicken, lean beef, etc.
Your body needs carbohydrates, but also be careful with it as there are good carbs and bad carbs, many diets tell you to completely cut carbohydrates, but carbohydrates are whereWe get our energy, carbohydrates are the main source of glucose in the blood which is the main fuel for all cells of the body and the only source of energy for the brain, so do not cut out carbs from your diet loss fat. Carbohydrates are found in good things like bread and whole grains, beans etc., bad carbohydrates found in soft drinks, sweets and deserts of sugar because they do not contain vitamins and minerals your body needs.
To get fit you have to exercise and eathealthy, you can not do one or the other so please find a good exercise program to go forward with your program fat loss diet and stick to it.
