For Weight Loss, Is It Ok To Eat The Exact Same Thing Everyday?

You do need some variety. However, having said that, it depends on the type of person you are. I personally am a “routine” person, meaning that I need to have a steady, structured routine inplace to stay on track and stay motivated. So what I do is have the same type of food, but vary the ingredients. For example, I eat salad every day but I use different vegetables each time. I eat fruit, but eat different kinds of fruits each day or few days. For a carb, I’ll eat potatoes one day, then brown rice the next. If there’s something you really like, and it’s healthy, and eating it all the time will help you stay on track with your diet, then go for it. Experiment to find what works for you.
Hope I helped
Take care

That’s never okay for any reason.
Why?
Not only does it get boring, but you’re also shorting yourself on a lot of great nutrition…yes, still applies even if you’re taking a multivitamin.
