I am female, 22, 5″6′, and weigh 125.
I wish to get rid of some extra fat. If I run for an hour after dinner on a treadmill, how many calories should I eat?
I run for five minutes, walk five, run five, and so forth for an hour, at speed five, and walk 3.7. I also stretch for a few minutes after 30 minutes.

    this work out is enough for loss ur fat..but in order to use diet plan it will hepls u more……

  • Eat a clean diet. Fruits, vegetable’s,and drinks lots of water. Eat small healthy meals every two to three hours. No proteins after noon and don’t eat anything after 9pm. Cut out sugar completely if possible. Walk and run on the treadmill but add an incline it burns more calories and tones your body all over. If your treadmill has a interval option that is also good. But switch your workouts so it challenges your body. Kickboxing is good also. Good Luck.
