How Bad Is Chocolate Pudding For Someone On A Diet?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I’m trying to eat healthier foods but I always have HUGE cravings for chocolate. So I have chocolate pudding to satisfy that craving. So is fat-free chocolate pudding by Jell-o Brand bad enough that i should switch to something else to satisfy my chocolate cravings? Is there something else that I could eat that satisfies my chocolate craving and my diet concern?

  • kesh kesh:

try some of those jello 100 calorie chocolate puddings

If you can eat it in small amounts, the fat and calories are minimal. If you’re dieting just make sure your total calories for the day are at your goal. You can also check out the Slim Fast or Weight Watcher snack bars for a chocolate fix. If you stick to diet and exercise for awhile these cravings should dissipate. Good luck!

    I’d say avoid it.
It’s fat free, but it still has sugar.
Besides, once you open that door, it’s hard to shut it again.

  • Shawty Iz A Ten:

The sugar free/reduced fat Jello pudding has 60 calories per cup. Its pretty good and will satisfy a chocolate craving.

It is pretty bad but fine to have once in a while. If you try to totally deprive yourself of anything you’re bound to end up craving it. It may not work for you but I find the Options hot chocolate satisfies my cravings and is only around 30 calories so totally diet friendly.

  • Bin There:

I to crave chocolate. That is a strong indacation of an alergy to chocolate.
Dark chocolate is supose to be good for you But not milk chocolate.
Sugar is sugar not good in any diet. If you crave sugar, not chocolate. That sounds like a fungle infection.
You might try water base cinnoman. Garlic and Oregonal P73 found at health stores to fight fungus. It can’t hurt.

  • Depends on what kind of diet you are on. Try making your own from the instant mixes. Get a sugar free chocolate mix and make it with 1 percent milk (this cuts the calories and fat).
The sugar in the Jell-o brand may be aggravating your urges for chocolate. Give it a try, and the best thing is YOU CAN HAVE IT!

  • ???:

they make the 100 calorie pack pudding…by jell-o brand. the hot chocolate idea is also a good one.
