Gum! I’m serious. It works, get really flavorful gum that is long lasting and as soon as you’re done eating just pop a piece in. It tastes so good and is mouth watering that you don’t need another cookie, you just have to get it in your mouth fast enough so that your mind won’t tell you to just grab another cookie.
