I’d like to lose 5-7 lbs as well as tone my legs, butt and abs, specifically. I am 5’10″ with a curvy frame, weigh 138, toned. Please help me overcome whatever plateu I seem to be stuck on. Specific responses would be appreciated.

    Hi, add some interval work. It helped me break through my plateau. Do say about 30secs of high intensity workout and about 1-2 min of low , repeat for about 20mins. Cut down on carbs aswell.

    1 used to be 189 and now am 125 i know its hard to belive, some people dont even recognize me anymore. but anyways, diet has a huge impact on your body composition. muscle weighs more than fat and looks better than fat. if you just want to lose weight and hit a specific weight, its not really healthy but can be achieved by eating less calories daily. exercises like jogging or running for only 30 minutes a day changed my whole life and my legs are so muscular. but if you love your boobs, beware, because when trying to lose weight, they are the firrst things to go. good luck and i hope i helped :)

    That last 3-5lbs is always the hardest to lose. I am a fitness pro and would love to be able to look at you or ask questions to provide quality advice, but try this: 1. When you work out, do more cardio after resistance training. 2. No carbs or big meals after 7pm or when your day is winding down. Good luck!

    on how to lose weight, try these…. Get rid of CARBONATED DRINKS, COFFEE/TEA, SWEETS, FATTY AND SPICY FOOD. Drink 12-15 glasses of water for 3 months. Coz I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months. Now I am on my 4th year and 5 months of maintaining my weight from 56 kilos to 58 kilos nowadays. If I can, YOU CAN :)
