When you work out, do more cardio after resistance training.  2.  No carbs or big meals after 7pm or when your day is winding down.  Good luck!</description>

		<description>1 used to be 189 and now am 125 i know its hard to belive, some people dont even recognize me anymore. but anyways, diet has a huge impact on your body composition. muscle weighs more than fat and looks better than fat. if you just want to lose weight and hit a specific weight, its not really healthy but can be achieved by eating less calories daily. exercises like jogging or running for only 30 minutes a day changed my whole life and my legs are so muscular. but if you love your boobs, beware, because when trying to lose weight, they are the firrst things to go. good luck and i hope i  helped :)</description>

		<description>Hi, add some interval work.  It helped me break through my plateau.  Do say about 30secs of high intensity workout and about 1-2 min of low , repeat for about 20mins.  Cut down on carbs aswell.
