How Can I Tell What Exercise Is Right For Me?

I’m trying to get fit and I know the way to do that is to eat healthy and exercise. I’ve got the eating healthy part down really good but i’m not sure what exercises I should do.I would love to try swimming but I don’t have a pool and there’s not one near me.I DON’T like running and I can’t dance what so ever.
What exercise(s) would be good for me?

Honey, the exercise you do, is the right one. Find something you like to do, be it lifting weights
, tennis, biking, or just walking.
gym/workout
treadmills, weights
try yoga or pilaties (or however you spell it)
also ask your doctor
How about a bike ride, a walk, jumping rope?
just brisk walk an hour daily…
try each one for 7 days and see what one works best
