    I don’t know the answer to that, however I do know regular exercise is going – along with a healthy diet will keep your trim.
    I’ve been told and believe that it’s a mistake to overeat or eat the wrong foods thinking we can just exercise more to get rid of the fat. There are other things bad foods do to our insides besides make us bigger.
    Everyday is a new day to began fresh. Take one day at a time, live it wisely and you won’t have to worry about fat. If you are overweight, do the same … eat healthy, exercise, sleep, drink lots of water, take a good multi and just keep on keeping on. You’ll eventually be fit.

    there is really no possible way to know exactly how long you will have to work out unless you know how many calories exactly you have consumed and also it depends on the type of excercise, each one has a different burning rate per hour. my suggestion if you are worried about how much fat you have eaten say this evening is get some new strategies to eat healthier in the future and cut back on the junk more than usual tomorrow (but do not starve!). just try and make healthier choices at least for the next couple of days to counter balance the heavy amount of fat you may have consumed
