How Long Does It Take For Your Body To Get Used To Weight Loss?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

In a year i went from 152 to 113, I’m 5’3
I hav estopped losing weight and increased my calorie intake, and my protein, but I’m experiencing the folliowing symptoms;
Hair loss(not chunks just strands)
And it’s been 6 months since i got my period, I went to the doctor and did blood tests and some other hormone tests as well, but it turns out everything is fine, so i’m guessing i’m not sick or suffering from anorexia or else that would have been pointed out, but i have read that this is common when weightloss occurs, can anyone back that up?

    well you are fine…all those other issues are probably coincidently happening. so you might want to just get a trim and take a pregnancy test…
