I work out Monday through Friday. I do cardio for about 35-40 minutes a day and include weight lifting for about the same time as cardio. I have also been on a diet. I dont drink sodas at all and i do have a weekly treat but i keep it in moderations. I have been trying to reduce the amount of red meat and eating more skinless chicken. I also use meal replacemen shakes for dinner.

you could see results in just a few weeks. even a few days you could feel more upbeat and energetic. if you dont see results you might want to ask a trainer if your targeting the right places and doing the right exercises!
