		<description>I&#039;d say that&#039;s good.  Also depends how fast your metabolism is.  My diet and exercise regime was about the same and I lost about 2 lbs a week.  But like I said it all depends on metabolism.  Make sure to continue eating healthy... small meals throughout the day.</description>

		<description>Make sure when you are eating, eat 6 small meals a day, you don&#039;t want to have that full feeling in your stomach, you just barely want to be on the side of hungry. I would say that is enough, and that is the perfect amount of weight you can lose healthily in a week. Good luck!</description>
