How To Get Rid Of Flabby Skin After Weight Loss?
![]() |
i use to be really fat like around 160 ish, than over the summer dropped down to 120. I am now around 150 pounds, yet i still have a soft, flabby stomach. my face, arms, and legs are all ok, however my only problem is my stomach also have little bulgy things at my nipples(boobs) leftover from fat loss. Any way to tone it up by exercises? ( if nott surgery?)

get a water purifier for your shower, fill the tub with hot water using the purified water. take about 3 cups of dead sea salt and pour it in the tub. soak in it for 20 minutes of sweating, you will have to continue to put hot water when it cools down. Doing this will shrink the skin, it will have to be done repeatedly every day. It is very dangerous and you will lose alot of water and nutrients so they must be replaced after you do this. you would have to be under the care of a physician to make sure your alright.
you cant start the timer until you are sweating.
Targetted weight loss is quite hard, many would state impossible, but I shed 2 inches from my waistline by following the guidance on the web portal in the box below. Give it a try, their information is very down to earth!
Sometimes the skin will tighten some, but you probably will need to talk to a Plastic Surgeon. If the skin is permanently loose and stretched out, the Doctor has the skills to perform surgery to eliminate it.
no doctor and no plastic. You need training!
weight training.
