Don’t! It’s really, really, dangerous to go on any type of diet. There are healthy diets, that are for your health and not your weight, and they help you lose a bit of weight, but other than that, don’t diet. The only healthy way is to do just a little bit every day, then work your way up. You’ll actually be surprised how much you can work exercises into your schedule when it’s only 30 – 60 mins a day.
Also, sorry, but you need more than a month. You need, to lose 20 pounds healthily you need probly 2 or 3 months at least.
