hi guys I need help here I was look like Sandra bullock before marriage but after delivered 2 kids I completely lost my beautiful body, I can’t find time or money to see a specialist and my youngest kids is 3 years old now ,so please how to loss fat in my belly is look like they forgot a baby inside it,at the same time my legs look terrible also.
please help with any tips about food and exercises to do at home.
and here is my body measurements to know how awful is it now:
length:155 cm
wight: 53 Kg
waist: 73 cm
belly (don’t panic): 80 cm
hip (don’t panic again):100 cm
both legs (from the most upper side):89 cm

You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results.
Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan;
Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea
Snack: nuts or fruits
Lunch: Salad
Snack again
Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad
You should exercise for best, fast and permanent results. You can exercise at home easily with a good program. And support it with walkings or runnings. To get a flat stomach you have need to use your two feet more. Go for regular walking or jogging for enough duration. Moreover, to get flat stomach your body needs to be leaner. So, do cardio excercises, which will get your heart beat rate high and it will improve your metabolism. This will make you lean.
you should try jus doin some sit ups or get the little iron gym thing on tv..and do sit ups like that..also try jus cutting out all cokes and junk/fast food..that should work a little bit better..

First, I would suggest you find a gym that has a kid play room that can watch your kid. What works for me is maintaing stability with your meal program. DO NOT go on a crash diet and starve yourself. Make sure you find a good fitness program that works for you like running in the morning and lifting small weights in the afternoon. Eat 5-6 Small meals a day. The reason people are fat is because they eat only 3 meals a day and starve themselves in between. Eat chicken and rice. Eat eggs in the morning. Eat meals. SMALL! meals throughout the day and lift amll weights
