I Am 15yrs, 5′ 4″, And Weight 117, Im Not Fat, But I Do Want To Loss A Little Around My Stomach & Thighs?

I would like to know what can i do to get that fat off before summer is here, i am a girl, and i am trying to eat healthier but no exercise, i have already los 8lb, but i want to loss more and do exercise, what exersercise is good for the stomach and thighs??

    Don’t diet. Find an excercise program that targets those areas and start working out.

    OMG the yoga ball work out all the way you can get a yoga ball for like $20 at target cost co or walmart and most of them come with a body toning work out dvd.doing 1 sit up on a yoga ball is equvalant to doing 5 on the floor. it totally toned up my tummy and there are loads of things to do for your thighs too… good luck girly
