		<description>OMG the yoga ball work out all the way you can get a yoga ball for like $20 at target cost co or walmart and most of them come with a body toning work out dvd.doing 1 sit up  on a yoga ball is equvalant to doing 5 on the floor. it totally toned up my tummy and there are loads of things to do for your thighs too... good luck girly</description>
